Gypsum Conversion
Modify the existing scrubber waste handling system which originally produced landfill waste and convert to a saleable gypsum for wallboard manufacturing. NHWL performed detail design for piping, pipe supports, steel, elevated concrete, architectural and electrical power. Equipment arrangements and piping were preformed in PDMS. Steel and concrete layouts were designed in AutoCAD and checked by entering the data into PDMS.
