Installation of new Fuller-FLS Flash Dryer Kiln system with Compax Cooler and Kvaerner Recaust Plant with, GL Cassette Filters, Slaker ,Causticizers, Grits Grinder, WL Pressure Disk Filter, Dregs Filter, and LM Filter.
NHWL Responsibilities
Provide Civil/Structural, Mechanical, and Instrument/Electrical detail design engineering for entire project. Work included Tie-in’s to existing plant, reconfiguration of existing tank farm, specify non-proprietary process equipment, utility equipment and instrumentation. Project was modeled using the PDMS 3D system.
